Mike, rather than having the airline itself join you as a partner in this venture, how about an aligning company of some sort, maybe an airline repair service or airline food service or a company that manufactures components for airplanes. Something that wouldn't compete with you, and might even compliment your service. It is certainly not unusual for one company to serve competitors. The auto industry, for example, is known for this type of support service. But having one company enjoy so much control over a competitor might be tricky. Good luck on your venture.
