Jul 01, 2009 Review A Business Plan In A Spanish Speaking Area by: CJ, Business Plan Specialist Roger, No I don't personally know a banker in that area who you might contact. But a good technique would be simply to call the bank and ask if there is someone in the Business Lending Department who speaks Spanish. That would be a real strong indicator of whether or not they are interested in even looking at business plans from the Spanish speaking community. It would seem logical that most banks in an ethnic area -- any ethnic area -- would augment their staffs with people who spoke the language of the community. Why else would they bother to open up in that community? If it should happen that you don't locate a bank right nearby, it would be work your time and effort to travel a bit to find a Spanish speaking banker to review your business plan.
