Jasmine (we have a Jasmine here too. I love that name!), if you are looking for a great workbook on how to start up a business, I recommend Start Up Right Now. It helps you through all your business decisions with worksheets and outlines. It is a great way to find out what do know, and what you don't, so you know what to focus on.

If you want financing for your stables, look to the Basic Business Plan. Worksheets, templates, examples galore. It should help you out a lot.
