I'm having so much trouble researching the financials for my business idea. could you please tell me how i find out exactly how much and what is needed to start up an ethnic restaurant business!?

This is not an easy question. There are lots and lots of things to consider. For instance, are you planning a 300 square foot taco stand or a 10,000 square foot luxury restaurant? I would really recommend that you take a look at this book:



It's over 90 pages, with all the information you need, including sample financials. It will help you break down your costs from advertising to rents to supplies to personnel.

Also see Restaurant Business Plans for more information. Do a bit of reading now, and it will save you thousands and thousands dollars later.
