BUSINESS PLAN AFFILIATE
Terms of Service

We want to be as straightforward as possible, so we have set out these Terms of Service for our business plan affiliate program.  We think you will find them to be direct, easy to understand and pretty straightforward.  If you have any questions, do contact us.

COMMISSION

Straight thirty percent (30.0%) on all 7 Step Business Plans that are sold to your clients.  The commission for any return issued to your client(s) will be deducted from your account at the time it is credited to the client.

"7 Step Business Plans" are recognized by the 7 Step Business Plan logo in the upper left hand corner of the book cover.

"Your" clients are those who come to BusinessPlanMaster.com directly from your website or are cookied by your affiliate code.

COOKIES

Cookies for the business plan affiliate program last for six months.  They are automatically generated when a visitor comes directly to BusinessPlanMaster.com from your website.  Every sale made to every cookied visitor will generate a sales commission to you.

Please note that if you set up your own sales page, or otherwise bypass the BusinessPlanMaster.com website, there is no way we can cookie that visitor for future sales.

PAYMENT

Payments for the business plan affiliate program are generated monthly, about one month after the close of the month.  For example, commissions for March will be paid about May 1st.  Commissions for September will be paid about November 1st.

Payments for the business plan affiliate program will be made via check sent to your business address unless other arrangements have been made.  At some point in the future payments may be made via PayPal.  When that happens, you will need a PayPal account to receive payments.

There is no minimum requirement for payout at this time.  We do reserve the right to change this in the future should it become necessary to do so.

TERMINATION OF BUSINESS PLAN AFFILIATE PROGRAM

We reserve the right to terminate this business plan affiliate program at any time, with or without notice, for one affiliate or for all.

You may also terminate your relationship with BusinessPlanMaster.com at any time, with or without notice.  Any outstanding balance in your account will be paid according to the payment schedule noted above.

AMENDMENTS TO THIS PROGRAM

We reserve the right to amend this business plan affiliate program from time to time as appropriate, with or without notice to affiliates.  We will send notification of major changes to the email address we have on file for you, but we do not guarantee delivery of that notice to you.

SPAM POLICY

We will not tolerate spam advertising in any form whatsoever in the business plan affiliate program.  Even one instance of spam may be grounds for immediate termination. Every instance that is reported to us will be investigated.

ASSISTANCE WITH PROMOTION

BusinessPlanMaster.com does allow you to use any of the images of the 7-Step Business Plan, either singly or in a group, for your promotion of the series.

You may not, however, attribute the 7 Step Business Plan series to any other person or entity, nor take credit for them yourself.

ACCESS TO SALES RECORDS

When you sign up with the affiliate program, you will be asked to create a business dashboard for yourself, one that will track all of your commissions.  The data will be available to you 24/7 from any computer.

At this time we use E-Junkie as our affiliate aggregator.  E-Junkie is a highly reputable online company.  We have worked with them on the sale transactions of the 7 Step Business Plan series since its inception and are very pleased with the professional, complete reporting that E-Junkie provides.

Mostly, we are here to help.  We want you to be successful.  The more successful you are, the more successful we are.  So we will do what we can to make it easy -- and profitable -- for you!
