do you have a business plan for a fire, water, and mold restoration company?
Answer:
Ray, your business is a real specialty. We do specific business plans for businesses and industries that have a reasonably high demand. The good news is that, although we don't have a specific business plan for a fire, water and mold restoration company, that probably means that there isn't as much competition in that field as in many fields. What I would suggest is that you take a look at the Basic Business Plan. This works pretty well for most companies. It also includes the whole ebook of links to over 400 free sample business plans, so you may find something helpful there.
We are very proud that we use only programs that most people already know: MS Word and MS Excel. There is no big learning curve on the program side. This allows you to focus on writing your business plan, not learning new programs.
We also provide a template that you are welcome to use "as is", or change it as you like. In that template we provide the formatting and give instructions on just where you need to add your information.
As I say, all in all it works pretty well for most businesses.
If you should be in the planning stages of your business, then I would recommend that you take a look at Start Up Right Now. Here is where you will discover slews of worksheets, checklists and skillsets you will need to create a successful business.
Whether you are just starting out, or expanding an existing business, we wish you every success!
