Q: Can I get the books in hard copy?

Sadly, no. The printing and reproductions costs, plus binding and shipping, would more than triple the cost of the workbooks, so we don't offer them in hard copy. If you do want a hard copy, either print it out yourself on your own printer, or copy it to a flash drive and take it to your local print shop -- they can print it out in a jiffy, at a fraction of what we would have to charge.

Q: So what do I do if I have trouble downloading the books?

Just let us know on the Contact Page. Give us your Order Number, along with the date you purchased it and the name of the publication, and we will send it to you asap.

Q: What happens after I place an order?

You are taken first to PayPal to complete the purchase. Then PayPal sends a notice to our book service company (a 24/7 company) that immediately sends you an email with the link to the download.

Click on the link and a zip file opens up. Save that zip file to your own computer, either on the desktop or in a folder of some sort. The zip file will open with any standard zip program (one probably came installed with your computer, and it is fine.) Again, if you have trouble, just contact us and we can send you the un-zipped version.

Q: How many of these workbooks have you sold anyway?

Thousands.

Q: And how many businesses got funding?

We don't ask for documentation from our clients, but the feedback we get from our clients is very heart warming, very encouraging.

Q: Why do you print that same old return policy everywhere? It looks dorky.

We agree. But PayPal demands that we print the return policy near the "Buy" button, so we have to.

Q: So why do you use PayPal?

Mostly because they are a respected company for online payments. The personal protection protocols are iron clad, which means no one can go snooping into your private information.

Q: But I don't have a PayPal account.

That's ok. Just pay by credit card, or even with a direct withdrawal from your bank. We do caution you that direct withdrawals from your bank can take several days to process, and PayPal doesn't forward information about your sale until that process is completed.

Q: I want to talk to someone personally before I purchase.

Again, it is an economic issue. Staffing phones 24/7 is very expensive. We are glad to help any time we can, but please email your questions.
