Business proposal, urgent.

I have got a week to write a business proposal to a given CEO of a company, given that my company is firm that specialises in the development and installation of modular commercial software applications based on internet.

Please kndly help me out on how to write the business proposal, am a student.

Write a business plan quickly

Yinka,
Why is it that you need this business plan? Is it for internal use, or do you plan on going for financing? If it is internal, you can gather info from all the various department heads. If it is external, you will need longer than a week. In a week's time, the best you could hope to would be to gather all the articles written about the company, the past financials, chart some of the pertinent financial info, gather bios on the principals, and scour everything presently written to pull something together. It likely won't be all that great.
