What would be some good selling comments to use when proposing to add a cafe in a large business building? What would be very convincing comments?

Aug 03, 2009 Planning for a Coffee Shop by: Bobbi Brian, Of course the service to the people who work there would be the major selling point. Convenience. Thrifty (it won't cost $3.00 for a coffee). And, depending on what you are selling, quality of breakfast/lunch items. This is a great business. We've been thinking about doing one in Duluth. I'm a little skittish with the big buildings having trouble getting tenants right now, but perhaps in a few months it will be good for us to open up here. Good luck with your coffee shop business!
