Answer
Tabresh, There are a couple of approaches you might take to overcome this competition.
First, your computer business plan might offer something that the Institute does not offer. Be unique. Is your training faster? Open more hours? Offer different types of courses? Help with employment at the end? What is it that makes your business unique? That is what you need to promote.
Or, could you relocate to a different area? You have talent and experience, so relocating to an area with less competition might be the answer.
Or, could you offer your services in a different format? Create a computer business plan for other types of services. For example, could you create CDs with the lessons on them, and sell them relatively cheaply. Then people could study your lessons at home, at any hour of the day or night. You might also consider creating a website with your lessons on it. There are lots of ways to make money with a website. Look in the navigation bar at the left for some ideas.
It is never easy when competition takes away business. As a creative entrepreneur, you need to look at all different kinds of options. Good luck as you build your business.
