Demographics for a Business Plan

I have found demographics for a city, but not for the individual neighborhoods. I want to determine which would be the best location.

They had a great map with all the neighborhoods outlined. I bought the "5 Year Plan" for the county for $50. This shows me where growth is expected to go, so it has really helped out.
