Detergent Soap Making Business Proposal

I would like to start a business of making bar soap for resale to the rural masses. What I need is to come up with a business proposal that I will use to obtain a loan for the following:
1. Purchase a Sela soap making plant from Germany
2. Purchase raw materials
3. Cost of installation of the soap making machine

Hi. You might try the book on 100s of Free Business Plans. I didn't see something specifically on soap making, but there are business proposals on other types of manufacturing, and on importing. They will probably give you some ideas.
