a small kennel like facility is nearly always in demand.

having dogs around. Your banker is no exception. This is one
time when you can really play to the emotions of your lender. If
your kennel will be in the general vicinity of your bank, you
can count on at least one customer before you even open.
STRONGEST DISADVANTAGE
It will be difficult proving
that you will have sufficient income to both support yourself
and pay back the loan. For the most part, day care kennels are
not high income businesses. In very ritzy areas, where people
can afford to pay for top dog care, most households have
servants who can watch after pets. So run your numbers
carefully. You don't need a fancy spreadsheet, just a convincing
one.
