How do I find Mentor Companies?

You as a small minority business can provide that minority affiliation, and in return gain valuable government contracting experience. The SBA actually connects the two companies. See Mentor Protege Program for more clarification on this. Also speak with someone at the SBA and see if you qualify. Although I don't see formal mention of it, I suspect the SBA would consider a company that you have identified yourself. If that is the case, do ask them. The worst they can do is say no.
