I am wondering how the fitness center business plan compares to those listed on another site. I have had my sports performance business since 2002, but it's time for me to get on board with the fitness side of training

There are some sites that provide rather complex programs -- one such site comes to mind that provides a whole 300+ page book just on how to use their software. Our goal is quite different. We believe you've got enough to do in putting together an effective, successful business plan without learning whole new programs too. So we base our plans on programs you already know: MS Word and MS Excel. The template that we include is pre-formatted in Word, and is easy to amend to suit your preferences. We know there is a huge difference between a one person business and a hundred person business, so we leave as much flexibility as possible. And for those who want to see what others have done, we always include links to 30-50 other business plans. We do wish you every continuing success with your business!
