It is a very common problem among young entrepreneurs, and one that seems to be an international problem. While there is no simple solution, you are certainly on the right track by studying this website. Reading business plans, both good ones and bad ones, helps you clarify what you need to to stand out from the crowd. You never want to be a copycat of anyone else. You need to be your own person, develop your own style. The style that you create may be very simple or very complex, as long as it is yours. If you and your friends have experience on a management level in the pizza business, that will help a lot.
