(3)  You need to prove that you will be FINANCIALLY SUCCESSFUL, i.e., that you can pay back the loan.  This is a whole different issue than having clients.  Anyone can get clients if they don't charge much.  But you will have some heavy salaries to pay for your specialists, and you need clients who can -- and will -- pay for that expertise.

All of which says that you definitely need a strong internet marketing business plan representing you.  But you already knew that, didn't you.
