OK, now I understand why you need a lawn care business plan. I used to think that lawn care was for high school kids, with a few gardeners thrown in for good measure. Also, what happened to the other guy who was doing lawn care? Go talk to him. Find out if he got paid on time, and if he did, what caused his demise? This is valuable information that you will never find in industry stats. And it can make or break your business.
