Medical Product Business Plan

I have a medical product that has been approved by the United Patent Resource I googled and not very good comments regards to this company they say my invention from 0 to 5 is a 3.75 by physican tells me to run with it but doesnt have financial funds being a NP I dont know anything about this company y physican brought it up yesterday and said to call what do you do? how long does it take? I would like to have it nation wide but didnt know in order to patent this product I needed thousands of dollars? Please help
