Your business plan could have two sets of numbers: high manufacturing cost, and low manufacturing cost. If the numbers are not too different, you could use the same demographic/ client base information. But if the numbers are very different, then even your whole client base projections would change. Another option would be to develop the technology of the phone and send it to be patented. This is not cheap. You will need a patent attorney to help you. But once you have "patent pending" status, you can present it to phone companies and either sell them the patent, or look for a joint venture with them to create and market your phone.
