JD,
Yours is more than a typical business plan. Your business involves millions of dollars and top notch talent to pull it together. My recommendation is that you check out the Basic Business Plan . I suggest that one rather than others because it includes the complete book of links to over 400 business plans. A basic plan, combined with information that you retrieve from the 400 business plans, can create a very strong presentation for you. Be sure to highlight your previous accomplishments in this field -- that will be key to locating outside investors. When you are ready for presentations, check out our angel investor pages, especially the link for funding at the top of those pages.
