I need help in developing a business plan for putting together all aspects of locating Multi Family Apartments in Emerging Markets, locating investors, locating properties with value play, buying, managing, and selling after 3 to 5 years.

Your business involves millions of dollars and top notch talent to pull it together. My recommendation is that you check out the Basic Business Plan . I suggest that one rather than others because it includes the complete book of links to over 400 business plans. A basic plan, combined with information that you retrieve from the 400 business plans, can create a very strong presentation for you. Be sure to highlight your previous accomplishments in this field -- that will be key to locating outside investors.
