what legal documents and accounting documents are required to start a venture capital fund
Answer
Dhruvil, there are a slew of documents you will need to start a venture capital firm. For example, you will non disclosure agreements, term sheets, partnership agreement for the partners, investment agreement for the investors, contracts for various services. When dealing with people's money, and probably their life savings and business dreams, it is crucial to have a real understanding in writing before beginning.
These agreements (and there are a lot more than I have listed) vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. If you plan on basing your business in India, see a corporate attorney in India as soon as possible. Ask the attorney to develop a series of agreements that can be modified as the circumstance requires. Don't wait until you absolutely need it before asking for it. I am not sure about the attorneys in India, but I do know that the ones in the US are not always as zippy as one would wish.
Make sure, too, that the attorney you select has experience with venture capitalists, and also that s/he has international experience.
You've got your work cut out for you. Good luck. I have a suspicion you will have more candidates than you know what to do with.
