Picking up a run down restaurant in a low income area to turn around. Location is great because it is in a strip mall, on a busy road surrounded by other businesses and high rise buildings.
For sure lot of management effort needs to go into it.
Having a 1st floor area of about 1500 sq ft (being utilized for the complete operation) and an equal size of vacant basement (partially used for housing two walk in coolers while the rest is used for storage). The location has room for diversification.
