I would like to start up a personal care line. Initially with a ladies perfume,with my own unique brand name. In the future I would like to add other products such as hair shampoo and conditioner, lip balm, lipstick, make-up etc.) My quest is to locate a Company that will formulate the fragrance and bottle. I need names of Companies that do this and will make sample(s) and label. Your information or feedback would be appreciated.Truly yours John

John, one of the hidden treasures of the web is a wonderful directory called "Thomas' Guide". This is an old company that used to publish huge green bound directories for thousands of different kinds of manufacturing. It lists those thousands and thousands of manufacturers online now, with an amazing searchable database. Try this link: for perfume search and you should be able to find much of what you need.
