Want someone else to write our business plan

My wife wants to start an online store that sells baby clothes, accessories, diaper bags etc. She's a stay at home mom who would be running things from home.
We'd like to go to the SBA and participate in the microloan program but we know we need some type of business plan. Having no experience and even less time we're thinking of just hiring this out.
We're thinking that to keep costs down, we could advertise on Craigslist for a college student in Business or Economics who'd like to write our plan for us.
What are your thoughts and what alternatives could you suggest.
